Corporate Commercial Lawyer
Job Description
We are a full service law firm located in Mississauga.
The firm's thriving business law department is experiencing exceptional growth and is now looking to add a Corporate Commercial lawyer to its team. This lawyer will be involved in a broad scope of work, working for clients ranging from large organizations to smaller, privately-owned businesses and start-ups. The work will include but are not limited to:
Sale and Purchase of Franchised Businesses
Business Asset purchase and sale transactions
Business Share purchase and sale transactions
Purchase of Commercial Properties
Implementing share re-organizations and estate freezes,
Drafting and negotiating shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts.
Divestitures
Amalgamations
Corporate re-organizations
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in corporate and/or commercial law, gained from a well-respected firm and a Member of the Ontario Bar.
