Job Description
A small firm in Richmond is looking for a Corporate Commercial LAA. This is your chance to work along side a seasoned professional with a knack for nurturing peoples\xe2\x80\x99 talent and bringing their careers to the next level.Job responsibilities include but aren\'t limited to:
- Draft, edit and manage legal documents
- Drafting correspondence
- Filing documents and searches using online platforms such as BC Online and MyLSTA
- Provide other administrative duties as needed
- 2 year\'s experience in corporate/commercial and/or real estate law
- An LAA certificate from accredited institution
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize well
- Excellent organization
- High level of professionalism
