Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine is one of the highest-rated Turkish restaurants in Canada, known for exceptional food and service. We're expanding our corporate catering services and looking for a results-driven sales rep to join our team.
Job Overview:
Your job is simple: Get us catering orders from businesses. You'll target offices, banks, and corporate buildings--especially in Toronto's financial district. If you've got hustle, charm, and experience in B2B or food industry sales, we want you.
What You'll Do:
Generate new leads and convert them to catering clients
Visit businesses, drop off menus, arrange tastings
Follow up and build long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
What You Need:
Valid driver's license and your own vehicle (this is a mobile role)
Strong sales background (B2B, food, or catering experience is a bonus)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Additional languages are a strong asset, especially:
Arabic
Turkish
Farsi
Urdu
Greek, Hebrew, Armenian, or other Mediterranean languages
Great communication and closing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Able to work independently and on the move
Familiarity with Turkish or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus
Compensation:
First 3 Months (Probation): 100% Commission
50% commission on new sales
20% commission on repeat orders
After 3 Months:
Base salary + reduced commission (based on performance)
