Background:
- 3-5 years of corporate/transactional law experience required
- Experience in corporate M&A, real estate transactions, acquisition financing, asset lending, commercial lending, unsecured and secured financing, cross-border transactions, and private equity required
- Experience representing sellers and purchasers in business transactions, M&A, asset purchase agreements, closing documents, securities agreements restructuring, compliance, and governance
- Experience with small businesses and entity formation, selection, structure, and exit strategies
- Admitted to practice in Ontario
