About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and passionate Corporate Administrator to assist in administrative responsibilities which include the following: administration of paperwork, communication with departmental Directors and Managers, all existing team members and external partners, and other ad hoc tasks. Your articulate communication skills, immaculate attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills in the day-to-day performance of your role exemplify Vitacore's "People First" culture. Provide high-impact support to the Executive Assistant and keep our Burnaby and Port Coquitlam offices running smoothly. You'll keep a fast-moving team humming.

Responsibilities include:

Manage briefings, agendas, meeting prep/minutes/follow-ups. Front-of-house and phones; welcome guests; coordinate tours, VIP visits, and events. Maintain office ops across sites: supplies, inventory records, workspace readiness, vendors/property mgmt. Prepare/edit internal & external communications; produce reports/presentations; maintain shared docs/lists. Conduct light market research; assist with customer-service overflow and routing; support interviews/onboarding logistics. Uphold professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality; handle ad hoc requests.

Skills and Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education. Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting Executives. High proficiency in MS 365, Google Workspace, and other current technological trends. Extremely high degree of attention to detail. Extremely high level of organization. Utmost professionalism. Clear, concise, and articulate communication. Self-motivated and a self-starter. Ability to analyze and think of creative solutions. Ability to handle sensitive information with complete discretion. Maturity, accountability, and the ability to learn quickly.

Compensation:

From $65,000 to $75,000 CAD per annum plus compensation plus bonus Comprehensive medical and dental benefits 3 weeks vacation Tuition Assistance Program RRSP Matching Program Multiple company events throughout the year
