In this existing vacancy, the Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship and performance for selected major accounts at Teknion. The Corporate Account Manager is accountable for strategic positioning and sales of Teknion's products and services by working with all levels within the client organization from Project Management to C-Suite, related influencers and third-party service providers, with the goal to increase account penetration. Maintaining exemplary, measured, service relationships at all levels is achieved by working closely with Teknion internal resources including International and US contacts, and with Teknion's Dealer network across Canada. Strong industry knowledge of workplace trends and current issues is needed to develop the strategy for application of Teknion's products, services and resources to maximize sales opportunities, and deepen client relationships. Acting as a senior ambassador to the Teknion brand and values, representing and articulating our corporate priorities and values, while aligning them with those of our major customers.
