VULKAN SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Aversan Inc. (www.aversan.com) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Vulkan Software Engineer to work on leading edge technology products . The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.Job Type: Fully remote
RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a pure code development role that will involved performing but not limited to following tasks:- Requirements Analysis
- Driver Architecture Creation
- Driver Development
- Code Review Participation
- Driver Testing
- Code Refinement
- Driver Documentation
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with, and working knowledge of the Khronos-sponsored Vulkan driver on modern GPUs:
- GPU Shader Compilers.
- Shade Pipelines for modern GPUs is an absolute requirement.
- Experience with, and working knowledge of Khronos-sponsored OpenGL graphics libraries:
- OpenGL SC 1.0.1, SC 2.0.
- SPIR-V constructs.
- GLSL programming.
- Must have experience in C Programming language.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with OpenCL, OpenCV, and Video CODECs.
- Experience with Real Time Operating Systems (Wind River VxWorks, Green Hills Integrity, and DDC-I DEOS.
- Experience with safety critical standards (DO-178, ED-12) including multi-threaded processes and partitioning.
