Description du poste



La personne au poste sera responsable de l'execution et du suivi des activites visant a realiser adequatement et dans les normes toutes les ententes de partenariat. Il/Elle soutient l'equipe dans le developpement et le deploiement des activations de commandites pour maximiser les retombees et accroitre le taux de satisfaction des partenaires. Une grande flexibilite est requise, puisque le poste implique de travailler de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine en fonction des matchs a domicile et a l'exterieur.

Principales responsabilites



Etablir et maintenir une bonne relation et un suivi quotidien avec les partenaires; Assurer un suivi regulier et rigoureux des campagnes promotionnelles des partenaires, des jeux concours et tout autre projet du departement; S'assurer de la visibilite contractuelle de l'ensemble des partenaires sur les differentes plateformes du Club (Stade, site web, application, etc.); Coordonner la livraison des differentes demandes des partenaires (billetterie, marchandisage, items autographies, etc.); Assister a tous les matchs locaux et divers evenements speciaux du Club: accueillir les partenaires et leurs invites et soutenir leur experience; Participer activement a l'organisation des evenements des partenaires; Travailler en collaboration avec les departements afin de repondre aux besoins du Club; Preparer des rapports trimestriels et le bilan annuel des activations partenaires; Participer a la gestion de certains comptes selon les besoins du departement; Formuler des recommandations sur les ameliorations possibles; Maintenir toute documentation a jour et assurer un suivi; Etre la personne contact concernant les suivis des demandes a l'interne et a l'externe; Toutes autres taches connexes.

Job description




The person in this position will be responsible for executing and monitoring activities to adequately and properly fulfill all partnership agreements. The person will support the team in the development and deployment of sponsorship activations to maximize benefits and increase partner satisfaction. A high degree of flexibility is required, as the position involves working days, evenings, and weekends depending on home and away games.

Key responsabilities



Establish and maintain a good relationship and daily follow-up with partners; Ensure regular and rigorous follow-up of partners' promotional campaigns, contests, and any other project of the department; Ensure the contractual visibility of all partners on the Club's various platforms (Stadium, website, application, etc.); Coordinate the delivery of various partner requests (ticketing, merchandising, autographed items, etc.); Attend all home games and various special events of the Club: welcome partners and their guests and support their experience; Actively participate in the organization of partner events; Work in collaboration with departments to meet the Club's needs; Prepare quarterly reports and the annual report on partner activations; Participate in the management of certain accounts as needed by the department; Make recommendations on possible improvements; Keep all documentation up to date and ensure follow-up; Be the point of contact for follow-up on internal and external requests; Perform any other related tasks.


Qualifications



La personnalite !Creative, innovatrice, proactive, autonome, orientee solution, ayant un grand sens du service a la clientele ; Detenir un diplome universitaire en marketing, communications ou autre domaine connexe ; Posseder de 1 a 2 ans d'experience en gestion de client, exploitation de commandites et / ou partenariats, activation terrain, gestion d'evenement ou autre domaine equivalent ; Connaissances et experiences dans le monde du sport est un atout ; Grande capacite a gerer plusieurs projets en meme temps, de facon autonome et a travailler sous pression dans des delais serres ; Faire preuve de dynamisme, leadership et de flexibilite et avoir une bonne capacite de communication; Maitrise parfaite du francais et de l'anglais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit; la personne aura a etablir des relations d'affaires a l'interieur et a l'exterieur du Quebec. Formation en gestion de projet et/ou ventes est un atout.

Required qualifications



The personality!Creative, innovative, proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, and highly customer service-driven; Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; 1 to 2 years of experience in client management, sponsorship execution, partnerships, field activations, event management, or a similar field; Knowledge and experience in the sports industry is an asset; Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and perform under tight deadlines; Dynamic, with strong leadership, flexibility, and excellent communication skills; Proficient oral and written French and English; the individual will be required to establish business relations both inside and outside Quebec; Training in project management and/or sales is an asset.
