Requirements



Responsabilites



Superviser les operations quotidiennes d'expedition dans la zone de detail et assurer le respect des procedures. Accompagner les clients lors de la creation de comptes et de l'integration technique. Resoudre les demandes des clients et collaborer avec le service a la clientele pour les reclamations et incidents. Encadrer et soutenir les membres de l'equipe afin de maintenir le rendement et un bon climat de travail. Mettre en oeuvre des ameliorations continues et identifier les goulots d'etranglement operationnels. Assurer la conformite des documents, des bordereaux d'emballage et des processus de tri. Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et securitaire.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily retail shipping operations and ensure procedures are followed Onboard and support clients with account setup and technical integration Resolve client inquiries and collaborate with customer service on claims/issues Lead and support team members to maintain performance and morale Implement continuous improvement and identify operational bottlenecks Ensure compliance with documentation, packing slips, and sortation processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications



Experience en logistique ou en entrepot requise. Une experience en supervision ou comme chef d'equipe constitue un atout important. Experience en service a la clientele ou en ventes souhaitee. Diplome d'etudes secondaires (DES) requis; formation postsecondaire en logistique, en administration ou en operations, un atout. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Competences en leadership et en encadrement. Maitrise de Microsoft Office et aisance avec les outils informatiques de base. Solides competences en organisation, gestion du temps et gestion de multiples priorites. Capacite a resoudre des problemes et a maintenir une grande attention aux details.

Qualifications



Experience in logistics or warehouse settings is required. Supervisory or lead-hand experience is a strong asset. Customer service or sales experience is preferred High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics, business, or operations is an asset. Strong leadership and coaching abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Echelle salariale:

42 000 $ a 43 000 $ CAD
