Sous la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 du SR Producteur, et en \xc3\xa9troite collaborations avec les Producteurs de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de jeu, le(la) coordinateur(trice) de production aura pour r\xc3\xb4le d\'\xc3\xa9pauler ces derniers autour des t\xc3\xa2ches li\xc3\xa9es \xc3\xa0 la gestion de projet.

Ses principales missions seront les suivantes :

• Assister les Producteurs du projet,
• G\xc3\xa9rer le suivi des t\xc3\xa2ches de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe,
• Cr\xc3\xa9er et maintenir les t\xc3\xa2ches dans Jira et ou tout autre outil utilis\xc3\xa9,
• Organiser et faire les comptes-rendus de r\xc3\xa9unions de production
• Cr\xc3\xa9er de la documentation au besoin
• Tenir \xc3\xa0 jour la base de donn\xc3\xa9es des assets,
• Faire un suivi administratif de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe comme par exemple : s\'assurer des bonnes pratiques quant aux feuilles de temps, participer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration du calendrier des vacances, participer \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration des team buildings,
• Toutes autres t\xc3\xa2ches connexes

Reporting to the SR Producer , and working closely with the Producers, the Production coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the former as relates to all the project management tasks.

They will have the following tasks:

• Assist the Producers on the project,
• Manage the tasks follow up of the team,
• Create and maintain the tasks in Jira or other tool used,
• Organize and follow-up about production\'s meetings,
• Create documentation if necessary,
• Maintain the asset\'s data base,
• Provide administrative follow-up for the team, for example: ensure best practices for timesheets, help draw up the vacation calendar, participate in the preparation of team building events.
• All others task linked to the production

Qualifications

Exp\xc3\xa9rience et comp\xc3\xa9tences recherch\xc3\xa9es :

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes universitaires en gestion ou un autre domaine connexe
• Premi\xc3\xa8re exp\xc3\xa9rience r\xc3\xa9ussie en gestion de projet, id\xc3\xa9alement dans le secteur du jeu vid\xc3\xa9o (un atout)
• Passion et bonne connaissance des jeux vid\xc3\xa9o, sur console et/ou mobile
• Organisation et rigueur, capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 suivre diff\xc3\xa9rents projets avec des priorit\xc3\xa9s et des \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ances diff\xc3\xa9rentes
• Souci du d\xc3\xa9tail
• Excellente communication \xc3\xa9crite et verbale
• Esprit de synth\xc3\xa8se, capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 communiquer les informations et les donn\xc3\xa9es de fa\xc3\xa7on claire et pertinente

Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in management or a related field
• First successful project management experience, ideally in the gaming industry
• Passion and a good knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games
• Organized, thorough, and able to follow different projects with varying priorities and deadlines
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good deductive skills, with the ability to provide information and data in a clear, relevant fashion
• Committed, with a positive attitude
• English and French mandatory
