Coordonnateur, Gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re

Relevant du gestionnaire de propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9, le coordonnateur, gestion immobili\xc3\xa8re est en contact avec les locataires et r\xc3\xa9pond \xc3\xa0 leurs requ\xc3\xaates. Il assure le suivi et le contr\xc3\xb4le de la qualit\xc3\xa9 de tous les services fournis afin de veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les requ\xc3\xaates/demandes soient adress\xc3\xa9es et r\xc3\xa9solues aussi rapidement que possible. Le titulaire est responsable du reconciliation des comptes et de la facturation aux locataires.

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

Interagir et communiquer efficacement avec les diff\xc3\xa9rentes parties impliqu\xc3\xa9es (locataires, personnel d\'exploitation, fournisseurs et sous-traitants).

Minimiser les cr\xc3\xa9ances et assurer le suivi des appels de recouvrement, documenter les notes au dossier et surveiller le processus de recouvrement complet. R\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rer les cas difficiles au gestionnaire immobilier.

Pr\xc3\xa9parer des lettres et traduire certains documents.

Pr\xc3\xa9parer les dossiers d\'appels d\'offres.

Pr\xc3\xa9parer les communications en fran\xc3\xa7ais et en anglais pour les locataires.

Facturer les services aux locataires sur une base mensuelle.

Veiller au bon d\xc3\xa9roulement et \xc3\xa0 l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 des op\xc3\xa9rations en ce qui concerne l\'entretien et l\'exploitation des b\xc3\xa2timents et s\'assurer que les politiques en mati\xc3\xa8re de sant\xc3\xa9 et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 sont respect\xc3\xa9es.

Participer activement au processus de certification environnementale des propri\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s sous sa responsabilit\xc3\xa9. * Produire le rapport sur le d\xc3\xa9veloppement durable.

Connaissances et comp\xc3\xa9tences:

Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires.

Parfaitement bilingue*, fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais, tant \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'oral.

Bonne connaissance de l\'orthographe et de la grammaire fran\xc3\xa7aises.

Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\'analyse et aptitude \xc3\xa0 identifier et \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes.

Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler individuellement et en \xc3\xa9quipe.

Bonne gestion du temps et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 des priorit\xc3\xa9s changeantes, parfois dans des d\xc3\xa9lais tr\xc3\xa8s courts.

Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xa9voluer dans un environnement informatis\xc3\xa9.

Connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office et des syst\xc3\xa8mes immobiliers, tels que Yardi, Procore, Building Engines ainsi que d\'autres syst\xc3\xa8mes.

Exp\xc3\xa9rience:

Trois (3) \xc3\xa0 cinq (5) ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en administration ou en gestion, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence dans le secteur immobilier.

Property Management Coordinator

The Property Management Coordinator reports to the Property Manager. In this position, the incumbent acts as a contact with Tenants, responds to their complaints and undertakes follow-up and quality control for all services provided to ensure complaints are channeled and resolved as quickly as possible. The incumbent is responsible for account reconciliation and invoicing regarding Tenants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Interact and communicate efficiently with the various stakeholders (Tenants, operations staff, suppliers and contractors).
  • Minimize receivables and ensure follow-up of collection calls, document notes to file and monitor the complete collection process. Relay tough cases to the Property Manager.
  • Prepare letters and translate some documents.
  • Prepare tender call packages.
  • Prepare French and English communications for Tenants.
  • Invoice services to Tenants on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure smooth running and effective conduct of operations with respect to building maintenance and operations and make sure health and safety policies are complied with.
  • Actively participates in the environmental certification process of the properties under its responsibilities
  • Any other tasks delegated by the Property Manager
Knowledge and skills:
  • Fully bilingual, French and English, both written and spoken. Sound knowledge of French spelling and grammar.
  • Proficiency in analysis and ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Sound time management and ability to respond to changing priorities, sometimes under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to evolve in a computerized environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and real estate systems, such as Yardi, Procore, Building Engines as well as other systems.
Experience:
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in administration or management, preferably in the real estate business.
