En tant que membre de l\'agence cr\xc3\xa9ative de Gameloft, le Coordonnateur de Projet rel\xc3\xa8vera du responsable de l\'agence cr\xc3\xa9ative et devra assister ce dernier pour toutes les questions relatives aux budgets, aux d\xc3\xa9lais et au contenu. En tant que v\xc3\xa9ritable chef de projet, le r\xc3\xb4le du producteur associ\xc3\xa9 consistera \xc3\xa0 assurer le suivi des diff\xc3\xa9rentes \xc3\xa9tapes du processus de production aupr\xc3\xa8s de l\'ensemble de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.

Ses t\xc3\xa2ches seront les suivantes :

• S\'assurer de l\'atteinte des objectifs, des \xc3\xa9tapes et des sprints de chaque projet, tels que d\xc3\xa9finis par le responsable
• G\xc3\xa9rer et organiser les supports cr\xc3\xa9er par l\'\xc3\xa9quipe
• Faire le suivi des \xc3\xa9tapes et des \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9ances afin d\'assurer la livraison d\'\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments, d\'it\xc3\xa9rations, de travaux conceptuels et de versions de natures diverses
• G\xc3\xa9rer et tenir \xc3\xa0 jour la cr\xc3\xa9ation de t\xc3\xa2ches dans les outils pertinents afin de superviser correctement le travail des membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
• \xc3\x89valuer, analyser et r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la gestion de projet
• Planifier et diriger les r\xc3\xa9unions de lancement
• Organiser des activit\xc3\xa9s de renforcement d\'\xc3\xa9quipe
• Collaborer avec les d\xc3\xa9partements juridique et comptable pour r\xc3\xa9diger, signer et g\xc3\xa9rer les contrats avec les pigistes, et travailler en coordination avec le d\xc3\xa9partement de contr\xc3\xb4le de gestion pour les budgets des pigistes
• Contribuer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement et \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration de m\xc3\xa9thodes et proc\xc3\xa9dures de travail
• Faciliter la communication entre l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de l\'agence cr\xc3\xa9ative et les autres d\xc3\xa9partements

As a member of the Gameloft Creative Agency, the Project Coordinator will report to the Creative Agency Lead and will be responsible for providing support to the Lead as relates to budgets, deadlines and content. As a true project manager, the Associate Producer\'s goal will be to follow up with the entire team regarding the various stages of the production process.

They will have the following tasks:

• Achieving project goals, stages and sprints as defined by the Lead
• Manage and organize assets created by the team
• Following up on the stages and due dates in order to ensure the delivery of various items, iterations, concept work, and versions
• Managing and maintaining task creation in the relevant tools in order to properly supervise team members\' work (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
• Evaluating, analyzing, and resolving issues related to project management
• Scheduling and leading kick-off meetings
• Organizing team-building exercises
• Collaborating with the legal and accounting departments to draft, sign, and manage contracts with freelancers, and coordinating with the management control department for freelancer budgets
• Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods and procedures
• Facilitating communication between the Creative Agency team and other departments

Qualifications

Exp\xc3\xa9rience et qualifications :

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me universitaire en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe
• Au moins 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente en production dans le secteur des jeux vid\xc3\xa9o ou en production de pipelines d\'assets visuels
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec la m\xc3\xa9thodologie Agile/Scrum
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec Jira et Trello
• Connaissances en production d\'assets visuels, un plus
• Connaissance approfondie des jeux vid\xc3\xa9o sur console et/ou mobile et passion pour ceux-ci, un atout
• Avoir r\xc3\xa9alis\xc3\xa9 un projet, de son d\xc3\xa9veloppement \xc3\xa0 sa sortie, un atout
• Anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais courants, \xc3\xa0 l\'oral et \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit
• Excellente communication \xc3\xa9crite et orale
• Bonnes capacit\xc3\xa9s de d\xc3\xa9duction, et aptitude \xc3\xa0 transmettre des informations et des donn\xc3\xa9es de mani\xc3\xa8re claire et pertinente
• Sens de l\'organisation, minutie et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 superviser diff\xc3\xa9rents projets avec des priorit\xc3\xa9s et des d\xc3\xa9lais variables

Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in management or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant production experience in the video-game industry or in visual assets pipeline production
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with Jira and Trello
• Familiarity with visual asset production is a plus
• Passion for, and in-depth knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games is an asset
• Previous experience delivering an entire project from development to release is an asset
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good deductive skills, with the ability to convey information and data in a clear, relevant fashion
• Organized, thorough, and able to supervise different projects with varying priorities and deadlines
• Knowledgeable of, and up to date on, market trends
• Dedicated, with a positive attitude
