Votre role



En tant que Coordonnateur Communications et Marketing, vous jouerez un role cle dans l'elaboration et a la mise en oeuvre d'evenements et d'initiatives de l'industrie visant a renforcer la notoriete de la marque et a susciter l'engagement de notre reseau de courtiers. Vous travaillerez aussi en etroite collaboration avec les divers departements dans leurs besoins de supports materiels, planifications et communications.

Profil recherche



Bilinguisme requis (francais/anglais)

Diplome universitaire en marketing ou communication ou dans un domaine connexe.

3 ans et plus d'experience dans un role similaire ou environnement professionnel.

Competences exceptionnelles en gestion de projet, esprit d'equipe et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites et des delais serres.

Forte orientation client, avec une capacite averee a etablir et a maintenir des relations d'affaires

. Competences exceptionnelles en redaction et en narration (ecrite et orale).

Grand souci du detail.

Tres bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office

Connaissance de l'assurance - grand atout

Votre mission



Creer, developper et entretenir des relations positives et durables avec les partenaires.

Identifier, organiser et coordonner la participation a des salons et evenements de l'industrie.

Veiller a ce que tous les produits, services, outils et supports de communication internes et externes soient conformes a l'identite de la marque.

Rediger, reviser et editer des communications externes engageantes.

Elaborer des presentations, du materiel de formation et des rapports de resultats.

Soutien administratif aux autres departements.

Responsable de la gestion du budget.

About ICPEI



Based in Charlottetown, the Insurance Company of Prince Edward Island (ICPEI) is a Canadian insurer offering property and casualty insurance solutions distributed exclusively through a network of brokers across the country. ICPEI is owned by Desjardins General Insurance Group.

Your role



As Communications and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing industry events and initiatives aimed at strengthening brand awareness and engaging our broker network. You will also work closely with various departments to support their visual material, planning, and communications needs.

What you bring to the position



Bilingual required (French/English)

University degree in marketing or communications or a related field.

3 years or more of experience in a corporate setting.

Exceptional project management skills, collaborative team player able to support multiple business priorities and tight deadlines.

Strong customer-centric focus, with a proven ability to build and maintain effective business relationships

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (written and verbal).

Strong attention to detail.

Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Knowledge of insurance - a major asset

What you will do



Create, develop and maintain positive and lasting partner relationships.

Identify, organize and coordinate participation in industry trade shows and events.

Ensure that all products, services, tools, and internal and external communications materials are consistent with the brand identity.

Draft, review and edit engaging external communications

Develop presentations, training materials, and results reports.

Clerical support to other departments.

Responsible for budget accountability
