This role provides administrative and coordination support for talent & culture activities within the Corporate Office for the Fairmont Brand in North & Central America. In addition, as an INSPIRE Participant, this role will rotate within various disciplines in the Talent & Culture team to gain well rounded exposure to the Corporate Talent & Culture Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages Talent & Culture directories & electronic distribution lists
  • Provides support with talent and culture collateral print and distribution
  • Coordinates presentations for various meetings
  • Regional lead for the Global Employee Engagement Survey, for both corporate and field roll out
  • Administers Appointment Notices across the region
  • Administers regional Heartist All Travel Program
  • Provides administrative support across the Talent & Culture Department, inclusive of coordination of schedules, meetings, interviews
  • Assist Talent & Culture Manager in Talent Management programs
  • Coordinates bi-annual HR metrics as part of the Accor Global HR bi-annual data collection
  • Manages monthly departmental chargebacks for accounting
  • Manages the coordination of the Accor Integrity platform, including scheduling review calls and tracking investigation outcomes
  • Coordinates activities related to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s All Heartist Fund
  • In addition to maintaining T&C Coordinator responsibilities, incumbent will rotate within various disciplines of the T&C team, completing observations, training and project work
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience in hotel operations an asset
  • Post-secondary education in HR or related discipline preferred
  • Previous experience with SmartRecruiters, Dayforce an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Highly responsible and able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with strong initiative and self-direction
  • Highly organized with the ability multi-task, shifting and managing priorities as needed to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills for managing various databases
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Additional duties as assigned
