Highlights of the job
We're hiring a full?time, permanent Coordinator, Talent and Rewards based in Edmonton, AB. In this role, you'll be a key partner to the Director, Talent and Rewards -- managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing polished reports and presentations, and keeping SharePoint content organized and up to date.
You'll also play a central role in EPCOR's annual Talent Review program by coordinating confidential leadership assessments and organizing sensitive succession planning materials with accuracy and discretion. In addition, you'll support financial processes by managing third?party invoices and ensuring timely, accurate payment through Accounts Payable.
As part of our commitment to flexibility, the successful candidate may be eligible to participate in EPCOR's hybrid Where We Work Program after 3 to 6 months in the role, based on eligibility.
