The Coordinator will support all pillars of the team in the execution of day-to-day activities and special projects while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.As a vital component of our organization, we\'re dedicated to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to propel our company forward. \xe2\xa6\x81 Recruitment Marketing support (Indeed, LinkedIn, creative content)
\xe2\xa6\x81 TA Technology support (Platform administration, troubleshooting)
\xe2\xa6\x81 TA Programs & Events support (Event coordination and program administration)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Facilitate the administration process for newcomer and TA/DE&I initiatives
\xe2\xa6\x81 Ad hoc reporting as requiredWhat you have to offer:\xe2\xa6\x81 Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline i.e. Human Resources, Business
\xe2\xa6\x81 High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms etc.)
\xe2\xa6\x81 Strong communication skills both written and verbal
\xe2\xa6\x81 Ability to create and manage positive internal and external relationships
\xe2\xa6\x81 Previous work experience in an professional setting is considered an asset
\xe2\xa6\x81 Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System is considered an asset
\xe2\xa6\x81 Experience developing static creative content is considered an asset
