---------Supervise professional staff, program leaders and instructors and volunteer staff Co-ordinate special events Provide expert advice and consulting services in the design, development and administration of sports, fitness and recreation programs and activities Teach Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Demonstrate and instruct athletic, fitness or sports activities and techniques Understand principles of group dynamics Leading/instructing individuals Assist clients/guests with special needs Plan and carry out recreational, fitness and sports activities Monitor recreational, sports or fitness activities to ensure safety and provide emergency or first aid assistance when required
