Your role

This is a hybrid role.

As Coordinator, Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for carrying out the entire administrative process related to the creation and management of the advertising inventory of the various TV schedules in the sales system.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate all information related to sharing the programming schedule, as well as commercial inventory.
  • Create and manage advertising inventory in the sales system. Recommend inventory sharing between the network and selective stations. Create inventory proposals for affiliate stations. Coordinate and authorize updates to sales avails further to programming changes.
  • Coordinate, with the schedule and media creativity teams, management of the various inventory types needed for media creativity projects.
  • Interpret standards, policies and procedures, and advise your team and sales representatives on advertising inventory matters.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or other related field.
  • Three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the media industry, performing similar duties.
Skills
  • Knowledge of the advertising vocabulary and tools for measuring and evaluating television / web audiences.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office environments (Word, Excel) and Google (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar).
  • Knowledge of the one or more inventory management systems, such as OnAir.
  • Rigor and attention to detail in the execution of their work in sometimes tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bilingualism both oral and written (an asset).
  • Organized and structured.
  • Team player.
