:Job SummaryReporting to the Manager, Provisioning - the RMA Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the RMA (return material authorization) process for aircraft parts and components, ensuring timely returns, replacements, and credits.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Initiate, track, and manage RMA requests for defective or unserviceable aircraft parts and components
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely return and replacement of parts
  • Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions, including part numbers, serial numbers, vendor information, and shipping details.
  • Track the progress of repairs and replacements, verifying that parts are returned in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain adherence to established RMA procedures and policies to ensure consistent and compliant operations
  • Actively participating in Porter\xe2\x80\x99s Safety Management System (SMS) including, reporting hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understand, comply and promote the Company Safety Policy
  • Other duties as asigned

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in RMA role (aviation experience preffered)
  • Strong understanding of contractual agreements
  • Previous experience in a technical repair role within aviation an asset
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with AMOS an asset
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
