The Coordinator, Promotions is responsible for assisting in the implementation and tracking of all approved promotions. This role assists in the maintenance of key communication vehicles and reporting related to promotions. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Manage set up and implementation of online promotions and discounts, including pricing changes, mass promotions and QA
  • Support merchandising of select promotions and promotional campaigns, assisting with day-to-day promotional merchandising
  • Support with day-to-day tasks including merchandising, list updates, on request
  • Coordinate with various cross-functional partners to meet promotional deadlines
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure site merchandising of promotions is aligned with cross-functional initiatives (inbound marketing, retail marketing, Loyalty communications, etc)
  • Assist with internal promotions communications and ensure information is captured and regularly maintained.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver tasks on time and flag risks
  • Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
  • Embrace and seek out technology that creates high tech and high touch solutions for Indigo’s customers
  • Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
  • Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Retail experience.
  • Salesforce training, or similar promotion tool, required
  • Extremely Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Stress resistant
  • Good communication & teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of systems including Microsoft Office Platform with advanced knowledge in Excel. Knowledge in Access and SharePoint preferred
