Come be a part of the team.As part of the Premium LIVE Team, you will be responsible for supporting our sales executives with the execution of the day-to-day admin operations of our growing Music & LIVE event portfolio. Additionally, you will be apart of the Ticket Sales team, your focus will be selling our premium spaces within a menu of products to support LIVE Events at Scotiabank Arena, Budweiser Stage, HISTORY, and Coca-Cola Coliseum. To be successful in this role, you must be a proactive, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a high-paced business environment and shares our common purpose to unite and empower employees to create extraordinary moments for music & live entertainment fans!The successful candidate will be ambitious, hard-working, and coachable individual who is passionate about growing a career in sales within music & live entertainment. This is a 12-month, part time (32 hours) entry-level sales position that is built on a strong foundation of learning the fundamentals through administrative tasks, outbound activity, on-going training, and development.

  • Contribute to a collaborative sales culture that drives results across MLSE properties & Live Nation properties with a focus on Music & LIVE Events.
  • Effectively manage order processing through the ticket booking system by adhering to proper administration processes.
  • Create and communicate pricing documents for upcoming LIVE events at Budweiser Stage, HISTORY, Scotiabank Arena, and Coca-Cola Coliseum.
  • Support with pre-show communications to align all team\'s involved.
  • Support execution of go-to-market plans on variety of LIVE event initiatives.
  • Manage email communication software and efficiently organize all customer data.
  • Oversee Premium Live Inbox for same-day shows on evenings and weekends.
  • Provide outstanding service through inbound and outbound calling campaigns.
  • Input & manage data effectively utilizing CRM platform.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.
  • Collaborate with Ticket Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and entire Ticket Sales & Membership teams to reach department goals and objectives.
  • Driving revenue in strategic & creative ways through cold calling, marketing campaigns & social selling with a focus on B2B (Business to Business) and B2C (Business to Consumer) sales.
  • Selling a full menu of ticket products, including but not limited to flex/partial season, group hospitality, executive suite rentals and premium ticket packages.
  • Identify prospects & decision makers for new sales opportunities through centers of influence, and referrals and execute hosting opportunities for potential prospects.
  • Provide extraordinary customer service by ensuring prompt and thorough responses for all inbound and outbound communication.
  • Adapt and be prepared to pivot quarterly focus as the demands of the business cycle evolve.
  • Prepare and execute presentations to prospective clients.

  • Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in music the business.
  • Demonstrated to perform well under tight timelines; prioritize simultaneously, while working independently.
  • Any experience in developing sales and service relationships is preferred.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 360 - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ticketmaster and/or ARCHTICS knowledge is an asset but not essential.
  • Salesforce knowledge would be an asset but not essential.
