Cenovus is recruiting for a Coordinator, PDO, Offsites Measurement and E&I to join our team at Foster Creek!
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, PDO & Offsites, this position is accountable for the safe, quality, and HSE compliant execution of maintenance. This role will be responsible to provide discipline expertise, guidance, process development and high-level coordination of all Instrument, Electrical, and Measurement related activities. Working closely with operations, engineering, production accounting, drilling, safety, environmental, maintenance and reliability teams this role will need to collaborate, influence, contribute and provide technical expertise to several groups.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time employee position working a shift of 12 hours per day, 7 days on, 7 days off, Wednesday to Tuesday
This position is a shared role with a cross-shift
Foster Creek has full-service camp facilities
Depending on your place of residence and your shift rotation, bus and/or air transportation to/from site is offered from designated departure points in select locations
Foster Creek is serviced by flight Hubs in Calgary and Edmonton as well as bus transportation to site from La Corey, AB
Qualifications:
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
A minimum of 12+ years of proven leadership experience in a team environment, with a preference being given to someone with experience leading in either cyclic and or SAGD Thermal Oil recovery processes
Must have either an Electrical or Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket, with a Red Seal being a strong asset
Preference will be given to anyone possessing a dual Electrical & Instrumentation Journeyperson Certification
Solid experience in negotiating complex solutions from conflicting priorities
Ability to lead a multi discipline team. Provide expertise, guidance, process development and high-level coordination of all Instrument, Electrical and Measurement related activities.
Provide leadership, motivation, and development to your multi discipline team
Positive safety attitude and decisive thinking
Excellent time, organization, and priority management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate simultaneous activities.
Continuous development in industry technology and regulatory changes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and emotional intelligence skills
Maintain good standing with Radiation Safety Officer and Transportation of Dangerous Goods Class 7 certification.
Knowledge of Cenovus contractor management policies
Support Engineering with E&I applications and upgrades
Support Engineering with E&I cost and schedule estimates
Planning and procurement for priority 1 break in work
Understanding and approvals for energized electrical work
Resource and backlog KPI management
As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments
For this position you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver\'s license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver\'s abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate
