Coordinator, Partner Marketing

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Coordinate the production of marketing plans developed in partnership with tourism boards, hotel chains, and airports:
  • Analyze incoming partner marketing plans and align initiatives with Air Canada Vacations\xe2\x80\x99 promotional calendar
  • Build creative briefs and workback schedules
  • Review creative assets to ensure alignment to brand and campaign objectives
  • Coordinate the internal and external approvals as well as implementation steps
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to inform them of progress, challenges, blockers and re-evaluate deadlines when necessary
  • Deliver final assets on time and as per brief
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns
  • When needed, coordinate the production of Air Canada Vacations marketing campaigns, and contribute to ad hoc marketing projects within the team
  • Ensure the continuity and cohesion between the various marketing campaigns across product lines.
  • Manage multiple priorities while aligning deliverables with business needs and departmental objectives
  • Collaborate efficiently and communicate on a regular basis with multiple internal and external partners to ensure alignment and proper prioritization (e.g., Graphic design, Copywriting, Consumer Growth and Engagement, Email marketing, E-commerce, Revenue management, Products, Sales, etc.)
  • Ensure brand guidelines are respected throughout all touch points
  • Perform a consulting role, propose solutions, and provide the necessary support to the Marketing Managers
  • Contribute to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay informed about industry activity and trends
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • University degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant marketing experience
  • Experience working in an advertising agency an asset
  • Experience in the travel industry an asset
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills (English and French)
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly, work independently, manage priorities and work under pressure
  • Excellent team spirit, positive attitude, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Proactivity, resourcefulness, and attention to details
  • Creativity, curiosity, and appetite to challenge status quo
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Experience working with Jira Project Management system an asset
