Are you a motivated, organized, and creative individual looking to kickstart your career in marketing and PR? We're looking for a Marketing & PR Coordinator to support our team in bringing the brand to life through influencer programs, social media, events, and campaigns in the fashion retail space.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing & PR Coordinator, you'll assist the Public Relations and Social Media teams with the day-to-day execution of campaigns and initiatives. You'll help keep projects on track-from influencer programs to affiliate marketing and cause-driven campaigns-while gaining hands-on experience in all areas of marketing and PR.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Social Media Support
Assist with managing Penningtons' influencer program: communicate with influencers, coordinate product shipments, and track content delivery.
Public Relations Support
Help plan and support events, coordinate PR photoshoots, and contribute to pitching seasonal trends to media outlets.
Administrative & Tracking Support
Process and track invoices for PR and Social Media teams, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Affiliate & Cause Marketing
Support affiliate program activities: onboarding partners, monitoring performance, and assisting with campaign optimization.
Contribute to planning and executing cause marketing initiatives aligned with corporate social responsibility goals.
Qualifications
Who You Are

• University degree or diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Some experience in marketing, retail, or PR (internships welcome!)
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and learning in a collaborative team environment
• Bilingual
• Enthusiastic about social media, influencer marketing, and fashion retail
