Lead management - process inbound leads ensuring accurate ;
Coordinate project timelines, resources and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects;
Review marketing assets to ensure compliance with brand guidelines;
Keep all company listings up to date across digital platforms, directories, and partner portals;
Maintain organized documentation, reports, and marketing assets;
Coordinate other special projects and tasks as required;
Liaise with external consultants and agencies as needed;
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or related fields ;
Proven experience in channel marketing, preferably in the technology or B2B sector ;
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines ;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ;
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ;
* Experience with Marketo (or other automation tools) and Salesforce (or other CRMs) is considered an asset .
