I\xe2\x80\x99m going to connect with one of our vendor partners to get a technician out tosee you ASAP. I\xe2\x80\x99ll get back to you in 15m with those details.

You\xe2\x80\x99re able to stay calm during escalated interactions and have a keen sense of prioritizing issues based on risk, urgency and maintenance experience. Having an action-packed day is something that excites you \xe2\x80\x93 no two days will be the same in this role. The Coordinator, Maintenance Solution Centre will ensure stores receive timely and quality service from external providers on all maintenance and repair issues, utilizing maintenance software. This position will also deliver customer oriented solutions at the lowest sustainable total cost of ownership.

While recruiting from multiple provinces, this role will be based out of Mississauga, Ontario.

NOTE: Must be flexible to work varying shifts (Evenings, weekends, holidays, etc...)

Here\xe2\x80\x99s where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be focusing:

\xc2\xb7 Respond to Store calls and electronic work orders via management tool requesting maintenance services.
\xc2\xb7 Review Work Order (Triage) and if required initiate service request with appropriate Business Partners based on severity of the issue.
\xc2\xb7 Respond to Business Partner calls ensuring support as needed to mitigate any issues at our Stores.
\xc2\xb7 Remotely access, assess and adjust store heating, cooling, lighting, and refrigeration issues using building controls and management systems.
\xc2\xb7 Respond to technical questions involving the following: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Assist stores through emergency situations and provide Occupational Health and Safety measures expertise while keeping key personnel informed.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate Preventative Maintenance Schedules and ensure compliance from Business Partners.
\xc2\xb7 Track incidents through to resolution and monitor accuracy of service details and satisfaction of Store.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain data integrity of systems and archives through collaboration with internal stakeholders, Stores and Business Partners.
\xc2\xb7 Quote, estimate and invoice review to ensure all meet requirements and follow approved rates loaded in system.
\xc2\xb7 Provide support on sustainability tracking, reporting of utility and refrigerant use, as well as waste diversion.
\xc2\xb7 Make recommendations to address problems and improve the level of service the Maintenance Solution Centre(MSC) provides to stores.
\xc2\xb7 Assist and support team members to achieve technical and customer service goals.
\xc2\xb7 Dispatch to Stores when required
\xc2\xb7 Other duties as required

What you have to offer:

\xc2\xb7 Post secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience \xe2\x80\x93 HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Refrigeration or related trade experience preferred
\xc2\xb7 Strong customer focus and the ability to work in a team setting
\xc2\xb7 Experience in a retail environment preferred
\xc2\xb7 Experience in a similar role, with responsibility for maintenance preferred
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
\xc2\xb7 Effective time management and problem solving skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to respond to rapidly changing needs in a fast-paced environment
\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of building control and management systems preferred
