We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Distribution and Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and seamless flow of goods and hub operational processes. With a strong emphasis on meticulous inventory management and the smooth execution of primary distribution activities, this role is crucial to our operational success. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional record-keeping skills, and a drive to optimize distribution workflows.
Generate and provide daily inventory reports on critical items, ensuring timely visibility of stock levels.
Efficiently manage the reception of incoming inventory and all associated documentation within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the hub.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all inventory transactions occurring within the hub environment.
Oversee the reception process for Specialty Gases via the ERP system, including shipments originating from Calgary, Anjou, Airgas, and external vendor Purchase Orders (POs).
Conduct regular and thorough inventory updates of the hub's Specialty Gases inventory tool.
Prepare and meticulously document merged Specialty Gases closed shipments in accordance with established procedures.
Validate and process all arrivals and departures of Specialty Gases to and from the hub, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced skills and competencies with Google Sheets or similar platforms, SAP background an asset
Analytical skills
Logistics and or inventory experience
Focused mindset and strong attention to details
Strong communications and problem solving skills
