Coordinator, Indigenous Initiatives

for our campus located in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Candidates must have a post-secondary diploma in a related field (minimum) and at least two years of relevant experience in Indigenous education, community engagement, or a related area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the College.

The Coordinator, Indigenous Initiatives is an in-scope position reporting to the Vice President, Student Services & Engagement. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing Northlands College's Indigenization Strategy by fostering meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities and embedding Indigenous knowledge, culture, and ways of knowing throughout the College.

The coordinator will provide guidance, coordinate Indigenous programming and cultural engagement, and promote reconciliation through strategic initiatives and inclusive practices.

The salary range for this position is from $36.56 to $43.56 per hour
