Your Opportunity:The Procurement Specialist II / Contract Analyst (CA) is responsible for contracts administration and management throughout the lifecycle of the contract in support of AHS\' goals and objectives. The position is responsible for coordinating all activities related to contract management, monitoring accountability processes, and risk management of all components of the contracted services. Essential to this role is developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external to AHS, as well as ensuring confidentiality of information related to service providers, staff and end users. The position focuses on vendor management by providing expert guidance to stakeholder teams regarding contract terms and conditions and best practices.Description:As a Coordinator II, you will require advanced or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex projects, procedures, practices or initiatives within a department, program or business unit.

Required Qualifications:Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent. Additional Required Qualifications:As required. Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, research and problem-solving skills. Professionalism and the ability to respond to changing priorities in a busy detail-oriented work environment. Demonstrated ability, as well as patience and flexibility, in facilitating stakeholders with processes.
