Here\xe2\x80\x99s where you\xe2\x80\x99ll be focusing:

• Monitors the movement of goods to ensure on-time arrival, coordinating with customs, and recording issues that impact KPIs.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Accurately maintain the freight conditions in SAP, TMS, and I-Trade.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Utilize TMS and P44 utilization to monitor all shipments and actively adjust network to prevent late loads.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Perform the supplier components of backhaul management and ensure we are effectively utilizing the Sobeys fleet which influence both cost and service on a daily basis.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Perform shipment optimization with the RSC\xe2\x80\x99s and Replenishment teams so that 3pl loads are effectively cubed and routed.
• RSC dispatch office for backhaul operations.\xe2\x80\x8b
• National Transportation for routing guide implementation.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Replenishment for order optimization and supplier performance challenges.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Quality Control and RSC receiving for investigation of claims related to shortages, damages and poor quality.

What you have to offer:

• Experience within large retailers, Distribution Centre and Warehouse operations- preferred\xe2\x80\x8b
• Experience using current logistics technology as it applies to transportation management (TMS, P44) & SAP-preferred
• 2 years of experience in inventory control, transportation/ supply chain experience including international freight experience\xe2\x80\x8b
• Relevant designation/ credentials in logistics, supply chain, and/ or transportation (P.Log, CITT, CPIM or PMAC, ERP) is preferred
