Position Summary:
Under the direction and guidance of the Director, Human Resources, this position is responsible for delivering HR services to the site, including supporting talent mobility, coordinating employee requests and changes, onboarding and training, as well as providing administrative and general Human Resources support. Contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures. The Coordinator, Human Resources ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example, and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
