Job Description

The Coordinator, Human Resources - International is responsible for the processing of candidates to Redpath's International projects. This person works as part of a team, interacting with co-workers, applicants, and management in a confidential and professional manner.



• Coordinate all aspects of new employees processing and mobilizing to international projects; duties include; preparing employment offer letters and contracts, arranging employment medicals, criminal background checks, collecting and processing immigration documents and internal forms, and coordinating all aspects relating to travel
• Maintain electronic spreadsheets of employee data used for candidate mobilization status tracking and merge functions
• Analyze feedback and processes to increase efficiency of mobilizations and improve service


to global projects and internal departments
• Maintain employee information in HR database
• Process work/business visas for new employees and office personnel travelling to site
• Liaison between the job site, head office, and candidates for effective communication and timely follow up
• Act as a point of contact for third party organizations managing tax consultations, visa applications, medical appointments; ensuring an adequate standard of service to Redpath

• Collect, distribute, and file departmental incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reconcile expense reports, code and approve invoices and manage shared databases
• Responsible for the input of confidential employment information into the HRMS
• Research prepare and present information pertaining to tax, immigration and employment laws and regulations for new country entry
• Answer employee related inquiries
• Maintain confidentiality with respect to employee and candidate related information

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources
• Human Resources experience in International forum an asset
