Reporting to the Senior Manager, Major Gifts & Advancement Operations, the Coordinator, Advancement Operations provides direct support to the Advancement team by administering the Raiser's Edge database, ensuring accurate data entry, processing gifts, preparing tax receipts and acknowledgement letters, and producing regular and ad-hoc reports. The Coordinator also conducts data analysis to support fundraising activities and assess outcomes. Working under the guidance of senior staff, the role involves managing and analyzing data to assess outcomes, generate insights, and support continuous improvement of Advancement operations.
