The Opportunity:
Postmedia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the full-time position of Coordinator, Distribution Services.
What you'll do:
Supervise and organize newspaper distribution and service of the Provincial newspapers, Flyer and Parcel distribution network.

• Effectively coordinate and supervise the day to day distribution operations.
• Proactively resolve all related delivery and service problems.
• Maintain acceptable service levels through the independent distributor delivery network.
• Oversee and support a network of contract drivers.
• Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

• Two (2) years relevant work experience, with some supervisory and previous distribution experience preferred. Previous experience working with independent contract distributors is an asset.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude, communicating effectively with other employees and independent contractors while managing multiple tasks, and working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to recruit and hire independent contractors.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Saskatchewan drivers' license

Compensation:
Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
Salary: $28,735.20 - $42,000
