WHAT WILL YOU DO?




Build, oversee and manage paid social and digital marketing campaigns across platforms, such as Meta Ads and other digital advertising channels. Adapt campaigns for multiple demographics, regions, and local market dynamics. Develop and implement, paid digital media strategies that support regional and brand wide initiatives. Recommend platform and campaign upgrades to improve efficiency and ROI. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign data, and generate regular recurring reports to measure success and identify improvements. Regularly report on ad, campaign, and platform performance, as well reporting on the digital marketing team budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing assets with broader campaign strategies. Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure asset development aligns with paid digital channel standards and best practices. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met. Conduct in-depth audience, keyword, and creative research to inform campaign targeting, bidding strategies, and ad content Stay ahead of emerging trends and best practices in paid advertising, particularly paid social.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?




Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in digital media, marketing or a similar discipline. Proven experience executing digital campaigns within Meta Business Suite, Google Ads (including Search and Performance Max), Microsoft Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented and analytical, with a data-driven mindset. Adaptable and resourceful, thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, environments where priorities shift. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A proactive team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
