Coordinator – Business Services

Job Description

As a Business Services Coordinator, your main role is to support administrative, operational and coordination activities related to the services offered to businesses, students and graduates.

You will contribute to the implementation of business solutions (internships, jobs, talents, projects and corporate partnerships) by ensuring rigorous follow-up of files, efficient management of platforms and quality customer service. You will work closely with the corporate relations, business development and professional integration teams to promote the achievement of organizational objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist students, graduates and candidates in their efforts related to internships, jobs and opportunities offered by partner companies; Support the coordination of companies' needs regarding talent, internships and services offered; Prepare, manage and follow up on administrative documents related to applications, internships, jobs and corporate collaborations; Update and maintain employer, job and talent databases; Ensure the management and updating of digital platforms related to internships, jobs and business services; Organize and support the logistics of workshops, events and activities related to employability and business services; Follow up on student, candidate and partner files, and provide regular updates; Provide administrative support including the management of communications, calendars, internal documents and any other related tasks related to the smooth running of the service.

REQUIREMENTS

Hold a DEC or equivalent degree in administration, management, human resources or relevant field; Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in administrative support, coordination or similar role in a service, HR or corporate relations context; Proficiency in common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ease with digital management platforms; Fluency in the French language (oral and written); Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written).

This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external customers and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
