**DESCRIPTION**
The **Account Coordinator** works collaboratively with an integrated team that delivers brand experiences in store. We are looking for someone excited about supporting these experiences through an operational and administrative lens, working with major retailer contacts and managing data entry and approvals on behalf of the brands we represent. The Account Coordinator will assist the team in integral operational processes that support the success of the team and clients.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Essential Functions of this Position:**
+ Account Services:
+ Attend regular client status meetings for all on-going projects including anticipating upcoming projects.
+ Assist and coordinate with category teams to facilitate product availability for demo programs
+ Write recaps of meetings as directed and issue within 24 hours of meeting/discussion.
+ Operational Responsibilities:
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
+ Maintain our key operations systems.
+ Manage existing reports and create new ones to deliver valuable insights (Using Excel, MicroStrategy and Power BI)
+ Be a subject matter expert on our internal systems and processes.
+ Crisis Management - identify issues and present solutions / recommendations.
+ Program Planning and Development:
+ Coordinate materials for brainstorm meetings.
+ Fulfill miscellaneous client team requests (retrieval and distribution of logos, artwork, etc.)
+ Be a resource (both client and field based).
+ Assist in developing the presentations.
+ Ability to analyze, organize, and compile YTD sales and sampling data, and feel comfortable presenting and communicating QBR-style insights to senior stakeholders and retail partners
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Bachelor's degree advertising, marketing, or related field.
**Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:**
+ Must possess the ability to be a strong leader, self-motivated and self-starter
+ Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel
+ Strong communication skills, speaking ability and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously
+ Proven analytical ability with strong attention to detail
+ Assertive team player and proven sense of urgency
+ Excellent organization, time management and prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines
+ Reporting experience (Power BI, Tableau etc.) is considered an asset
+ SQL, VS code and/or coding is considered an asset
+ Experience working with Grocery in retail with merchant and supply chain teams is considered an asset
