Nous sommes a la recherche d'une personne positive et ayant l'esprit d'equipe pour se joindre a notre centre de distribution de Dorval comme coordinateur (e) d'inventaire pour un contrat de 12 mois. Le titulaire du poste repondra aux besoins de l'entrepot en matiere de gestion des stocks pour Dorval. Il travaillera avec des clients internes, en particulier avec les equipes Distribution et Service de la reglementation et de l'assurance de la qualite, pour resoudre les enjeux lies aux produits et aux stocks. Le candidat retenu travaillera principalement avec les preposes a l'entrepot.
Les heures de travail: lundi a vendredi soir de 14h a 22h30

Votre contribution a l'organisation :
Soutenir les preposes a l'entrepot
Traiter les modifications apportees a la source ou a la destination des produits
Verifier les caracteristiques du produit
Deplacer les produits dans l'entrepot
Mettre a jour les donnees sur le poids et le volume
Traiter les retours
Inspecter et signaler des produits endommages ou expires
Participer a divers projets
Superviser les emplacements et les aires d'entreposage des produits
Enqueter sur les divergences d'expedition et les divergences entre la commande et l'accuse de reception
Ce poste vous est destine si vous repondez aux criteres suivants :
Vous detenez un diplome d'etudes secondaires.
Vous maitrisez bien l'anglais et le francais, a l'oral et a l'ecrit

  • La maitrise de l'anglais est essentielle pour communiquer, soutenir et fournir des services aux personnes, aux employes ou aux partenaires qui ne parlent pas francais, en particulier lorsqu'ils se trouvent a l'exterieur de la province de Quebec.
Vous occupez un poste lie aux stocks depuis au moins un an (experience en gestion des stocks, un atout)
Vous possedez une excellente connaissance des systemes informatiques, en particulier des systemes ERP, des systemes de gestion des entrepots (WMS), de MS Access et Excel (un atout)
Vous etes en mesure de faire face aux priorites changeantes
Vous connaissez bien les principes et les procedures de gestion des stocks, de meme que le systeme AS/400 (un atout)
Vous pouvez soulever des charges pouvant atteindre 23 kg

We are looking for a positive and team-oriented individual to join our Dorval Distribution Centre as an Inventory Coordinator for a 12 month contract. The incumbent will meet the warehouse's inventory management needs for Dorval. This position involves working with internal clients, particularly the Distribution and Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance teams, to solve product and inventory issues.
The successful candidate will work primarily with stock coordinators.
Working hours: Monday to Friday evenings from: 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Location: Dorval, Qc
Contract: 12 months
Your contributions to the organization will be:
Supporting stock coordinators
Processing changes to the source or destination of products
Verifying product characteristics
Moving products in the warehouse
Updating weight and volume data
Processing returns
Inspecting and reporting damaged or expired products
Participating in various projects
Overseeing product locations and areas
Investigating shipping and receiving discrepancies
This job might be for you if:
You have a high school diploma
You are fluent in spoken and written English and French
You're able to communicate Fluently in French and *English
  • Fluency in English is essential to communicate, support and provide services to individuals, employees or partners who do not speak French, especially when they are outside the province of Quebec
You have held an inventory-related position for at least one year (inventory management experience, an asset)
You have excellent knowledge of computer systems, particularly ERP systems, WMS, MS Access and Excel, an asset
You are able to cope with changing priorities
You have good knowledge of the principles and procedures of inventory management and are familiar with the AS/400 system (an asset)
You are able to lift loads of up to 23 kg
