Description du poste :

Le Coordinateur des operations d'expedition veille a la bonne execution des livraisons sur le plancher.

Il s'assure que chaque commande part dans le bon camion, avec la bonne marchandise et la bonne documentation.

Il anticipe les manquants, coordonne avec la production et l'entrepot, et veille a ce que le plan de la semaine soit respecte.

C'est un role cle pour garantir la precision, la fluidite et la ponctualite des expeditions.

Responsabilites principales

:



Superviser les operations d'expedition sur le plancher. Verifier que les produits charges correspondent aux documents d'expedition. S'assurer que chaque commande est dirigee vers le bon transporteur. Suivre la disponibilite du stock et signaler tout manquant a la production ou a l'entrepot. Collaborer avec le service logistique pour la planification hebdomadaire. Encadrer l'equipe de preparation et de chargement. Maintenir un environnement de travail securitaire et organise.

Profil recherche:

Experience en expedition, logistique ou coordination d'equipe (2 a 5 ans). Bon sens de l'organisation et souci du detail. Leadership naturel et esprit d'equipe. Capacite a gerer les priorites et a communiquer efficacement. Connaissance d'un ERP et Excel (un atout). Francais parle et ecrit, anglais fonctionnel.

Shipping Operations Coordinator

Job description:

The coordinator of shipping operations ensures the proper execution of deliveries on the floor.



He ensures that each order goes in the right truck, with the right merchandise and the right documentation.



He anticipates the shortages, coordinates with production and the warehouse, and ensures that the plan for the week is respected.



It is a key role in ensuring the accuracy, fluidity, and punctuality of shipments.

Responsibilities

Supervise shipping operations on the floor. Verify that the loaded products match the shipping documents. Ensure that each order is directed to the correct carrier. Track stock availability and report any missing in production or warehouse. Collaborate with the logistics department for weekly planning. Supervise the preparation and loading team. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Profile sought

:


Experience in shipping, logistics or team coordination (2 to 5 years). Good sense of organization and attention to detail. Natural leadership and team spirit. Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively. Knowledge of an ERP and Excel (an asset). French spoken and written, functional English.
