What you will be doing:

The 360insights Co-op/MDF Specialist offers multiple levels of support to the Co-op/MDF line of business. Utilizing 360 Platforms, phone, and email tools, the Co-op/MDF Promotions team manages thousands of claims and interactions which must be delivered at the highest level of quality and customer service.

The Co-op/MDF Specialist handles the processing of Co-op/MDF claims and pre-approvals, along with providing customer service (calls and emails).

• Be an expert on Co-op Advertising Policies, Procedures, and Programs
• Apply policies and procedures in a detailed, accurate, and consistent manner
• Scan and upload Pre-Approval and claim documentation, when necessary
• Enter claims into one of 360\'s Platforms
• Review and process Pre-Approvals
• Review and process co-op advertising claims
• Calculate claim values using client and compliant procedures
• Be proactive in problem solving
• Review different types of advertising for compliancy
• Handle oral and written communication in a professional and timely manner, when necessary
• Maintain and exceed individual KPI\'s (Key Performance Indicators), including high standards of quality.
• Participate positively in the 360 Culture and philosophy

• Working knowledge of percentages
• Bilingual (French or Spanish) is an asset.
