We have an upcoming opportunity in the Product Testing Department as a

Test Technician Student, where we are looking for high-energy collaborators who are passionate about team success.

In This Role You Will

Assist with testing agricultural equipment for performance and safety. Support prototype setup and field installations. Learn to operate and maintain test instruments. Help prepare simple reports and share findings with the team. Work closely with engineers and team members to discuss findings and explore improvement opportunities. Contribute to design and test plan reviews by sharing insights from collected data.

We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering (completed or in progress). Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and a collaborative mindset.

Following skills are considered an asset:

Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Strong interest in hardware testing, data analysis, and hands-on problem-solving. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
