Who You Are

As a

Summer Property Manager Intern

, you'll play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of long-term rental properties. You'll gain real-world experience in leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and business operations. You are proactive, organized, and eager to learn. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, working independently, and communicating effectively with tenants and property owners.

Ideal candidates are:

? Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in business, real estate, property management, or a related field
? Passionate about real estate, property management, and creating positive tenant experiences
? Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Key ResponsibilitiesTenant Relations & Leasing

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners Advertise and market rental units to fill vacancies efficiently Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective tenants Assist with screening applications, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring high tenant satisfaction

Property Operations & Maintenance

Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with third-party contractors Assist in tracking and resolving maintenance requests through property management software Help plan and implement property improvements to enhance value and tenant experience

Financial & Administrative Support

Maintain accurate records in property management systems Track lease renewals and assist with rental pricing analysis Support the team with various administrative tasks related to leasing and property operations

Requirements

? Must own a vehicle and have a valid driver's license

Pay: From $3,300.00 per month
