Co-op Marketing Specialist
Hybrid position
This position will assist in the development and execution of go-to market strategies for Ricoh Digital Services. The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Sales, and Digital Engagement to aid in the execution of strategic marketing projects using a skillset that includes effective communication; project management; presentation design; market research; competitive and customer profiling; data collection and analysis; and campaign support.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Marketing Specialist:

• Supports Canadian and US Go-to-Market teams to drive demand for Ricoh Digital Services by helping to develop and execute campaign strategies
• Provides project management support for demand generation and campaign reporting
• Collects market and industry intelligence to inform key strategies
• Researches and maintains target buyer personas
• Audits and maps collateral to the buyer journey
• Data cleansing, organization, and presentment to generate campaign and portfolio insights
• Proactively works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business units to develop sales enablement tools and resources
• Collaborates with all Stakeholders (cross-functionally) to design and implement required plans and processes to execute marketing activities
• Provides Marketing Support for Sales channels as required
• Assists with other marketing activities and assuming additional responsibilities as required

Education and Experience:

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited learning institution in pursuit of a business-related degree. Specialization in marketing, commerce, strategy and/or entrepreneurship is preferred
• Must have previous employment or co-op placement experience in an office environment
• Have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills and great work ethic
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks through to completion under own initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactively managing issues and challenges, while promoting open communication, teamwork and contributing to a positive work environment
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Nice to have: graphic design skills (Canva), data management and dashboard skills (Power BI).
• Possesses a professional demeanor

This is a hybrid position, requiring work onsite at Ricoh's Mississauga office (5560 Explorer Drive) two days per week.
