The Opportunity:

The Candidate will be part of the Global data and applications team and will take part in supporting the global Information Management, Collaboration and Data platforms. This position will be responsible for working with business clients, providing them day to day support of the team\xe2\x80\x99s various solutions, tools and platforms. The successful candidate for this role may also participate in various projects for the Applications and Data team.

A day in the life:

• Elicitation of business requirements from subject matter experts.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Elaborate business cases.
• Coordinate the development activities and the implementation of new solutions.
• Build application and data solutions based on requirements
• Conduct user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Prepare end-user training materials.
• Assist end users and act as the primary point of contact for customers who need to get advanced support for their information management solutions.

What you\'ll bring to WSP ...

• You are enrolled in a Master\xe2\x80\x99s or bachelor\'s program with a specialization in computer science, information systems or mathematics.
• You have excellent writing and communication skills in English and/or French.
• You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate and communicate with various professional disciplines.
• You have a strong interest in writing business and technical requirement documents, software design specification documents, and proposals.
• You have a strong interest in building solutions on data and information management platforms.
• You have experience using Office 365 platform. You have experience with Power BI and Power Platform
