Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Accurately pick orders based on customer specifications and prepare them for shipment. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status. Conduct shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are accounted for. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Adhere to safety protocols while handling heavy lifting tasks and operating machinery.
Skills
Proven experience in warehouse distribution and order picking processes.. Previous warehouse experience with a focus on shipping & receiving operations. Knowledge of warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the job duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
