We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and handling, with a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As part of this team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through delicious food and excellent service.
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Also responisble for upkeep and maintenance of all kitchen gadets as well as equipment.
Assist in the inventory management of food supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and accommodating special requests when possible.
Assist with cashiering duties as needed, including processing payments accurately.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Skills
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Experience in food preparation techniques within the food industry.
Ability to sanitize work areas and equipment properly to maintain health standards.
Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance.
Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Have the ability to work alone when needed as well as multi task between preparing customer orders and working on the to-do list left by store manager.
