Al'oha

is an Asian-Mexican fusion take out food truck. We are open 7 days a week from 11:30am- 8pm. We serve lunch and dinner.

We are currently looking for a full-time cook that can work lunch and dinner service.



Prep (chopping, peeling, cutting) and stock cooking station with all the necessary ingredients and equipment Prep items for your station Line: Execute dishes with accuracy, speed, and detail; adhering to the recipes provided by the company; with attention to presentation and garnishing Cook on the line during service times Ascertain the quality and freshens of products Monitor stock and log shortages as required Keep a clean work station, including equipment and utensils; understand and abide by Health & Safety standards and Food Safe requirements Clean down your station and write prep list for the next shift Help the Chefs with daily kitchen duties

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
