Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of food items according to established recipes and standards Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing excellent customer service Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service

Skills

Experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Ability to prepare a variety of meals with attention to detail and quality Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Basic cooking skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques Passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering excellent service Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the kitchen or dining area
