Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to Mon Ami's Korean BBQ recipes
Ensure food presentation and portioning meet brand standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and tools
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely service
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Assist in prep work when required
Qualifications:
Full-time availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Willingness to work at different Mon Ami locations as needed
Previous line cook experience (experience with Korean cuisine is a strong asset)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of organization, timing, and teamwork
