We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients. Support cooking staff by preparing meals according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food items. Help with meal assembly and plating for service. Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages. Participate in cleaning tasks at the end of shifts to maintain a sanitary work environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is a plus. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and cooking processes.
